Our office is a virtual brokerage so there are no desk fees, no franchise fees, no office overhead. Your monthly plan fee is your only cost.
This is a license holding service only, you are not allowed to conduct any business transactions.
However, you may obtain a referral flat fee with a licensed realtor throught that realtor and you would need to have your own business and/or accounts to receive the funds. Licensee may refer business and receive a fee in your own name or entity with disclosure to this division.
